Organization

The Korea Trade Commission is currently composed of one chairperson and eight commissioners, including one designated as a standing commissioner. Commissioners are appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy. The Chairperson and Commissioners serve overlapping terms of three years each, and may be reappointed.

The Commission is supported in its administrative work by the Office of Trade Investigation, which consists of four Divisions: the Trade Remedy Policy Division, the Injury Investigation Division, the Dumping Investigation Division, and the Unfair Trade Investigation Division
